These booking terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of the Kyasina platform (“Platform”) who make or accept bookings through the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking Process
Users may make a booking request through the Platform. The booking request must include the dates of the stay, the number of guests, and any other relevant details.
The host has the option to accept or decline the booking request within 24 hours of receipt.
Upon acceptance of the booking request, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
If the host declines the booking request, no charges will be made.
2. Payment
All payments are made through the Platform using our secure payment system.
The guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation upon acceptance of the booking request.
The host will receive payment within 24 hours of the guest's check-in.
In the event of a cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy for information on refunds.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the guest at least 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made by the guest less than 7 days before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made by the host will result in a full refund to the guest.
4. House Rules
The host may have specific house rules that must be followed during the stay. These rules will be communicated to the guest before booking.
If the guest does not follow the house rules, the host may terminate the stay immediately and the guest will not be eligible for a refund.
If the host does not comply with Kyasina policies and terms, Kyasina reserves the right to take action, including suspending or terminating the host's account.
